Hello, my company is experiencing this on all four of our mac minis. I have ran the update tool multiple times, and i have already tried uninstalling and reinstalling. I have versioned up once oe twice in the last month but this issue has persisted for the past 2 or so months now. It started around end of January begining of February with the new skype update that changed the look of the app. I assumed it would go away as updates came out but if anything the pop-ups seem to be getting more and more frequent.

Update link takes me to ' Get Skype for Mac' - nothing about an 'update.' When I download I get Skype7.54.409.dmg which I am reluctant to download because of all the problems I see in the Community that have no replies.so will wait until later to 'update' hoping they have resolved the problems. In the meantime has anyone had a smooth update for a Mac (I have 2 which are 10.9 required) with the aforementioned.dmg; and were their credits and everything else retained without any problems?

Kellus Another question, when uploading upgrade I would up with 2 Skype accounts with the 'same' name, and now getting duplicate charges.how can this be corrected by Microsoft w/o disputing through my credit card? I previously asked this answer be sent my email since I had to leave the chat window.
